Please note that all luxury shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure your signature pieces arrive securely. Once your order has been meticulously prepared and leaves our studio, you will receive a bespoke tracking link to follow its journey to your door.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original luxury packaging,
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and non-returnable. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and items marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase are also ineligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, custom commissions and engraved collections along with Earrings are excluded from our standard exchange policy and remain final sale.
